It is with great pleasure that I endorse Nancy Movrin for the Program Quality Director position. Although I am usually cautious lending my name to an endorsement of an individual, I can say with confidence that Nancy will live up to any compliment I can give.

The qualities that cannot be taught are some of her best personal assets. Nancy has a work ethic that is admired by anyone who knows her. The teams that benefit from her efforts are usually held together by her skills at navigating relationships. She brings an ‘others-focused’ approach to everything she does. Mostly she is supportive and encouraging; she brings out the best in the members of each team.

As a trustee on The Cambridge Cultural Awards Committee, I had the absolute pleasure of engaging with Nancy in her professional capacity with the City of Cambridge. During my time on that committee I witnessed first-hand her extraordinary organizational skills. We were all constantly impressed with her efficiency carrying out her goals. We relied upon her ability to nurture new members on the team. She dedicated her time to gaining a deep and clear understanding of the history and future focus of the committee. She moved us forward.

Keeping that in mind, it is important to state that this was only one of many committees and challenges Nancy guided. Nancy brought those skills to several important events and activities. She has the capacity to co-ordinate multiple events and activities with great competence.

In short, any organization which engages Nancy Movrin will be proud of their decision because she will exceed expectations.
