For over 20 years I have had the pleasure of working with Nancy as first a mentee while I was becoming a Canadian Red Cross Instructor Trainer, then as her employee and for years now as her peer and colleague. Nancy was the most dynamic, thorough instructor I had worked with, and I am forever grateful for our first interactions and every one since.

Nancy goes above and beyond to ensure clients obtain the confidence and training that they need. She is very professional, easy to work with and accommodating, as needed, during training. The way the participants are treated by Nancy with respect, truly shows her desire to help others achieve their goals.

I am often asked if I am part of Toastmasters (even at funeral services) and I always credit it to Nancy’s influence. I would highly recommend Nancy to any organization looking for someone to plan, organize and address training needs. Her history speaks for itself, and I think Toastmasters District 86 is lucky to have her.
